If you contact us using the contact form, email, telephone or fax, your request, including all personal data resulting from it (name, request), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, if your request is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. 3. HOSTING AND EMAILING
The hosting services we use serve to provide the following services: Infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, e-mail dispatch, security services and technical maintenance services that we use for the purpose of operating the online offerings. Here, we and our hosting providers process inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta and communication data of customers, interested parties and visitors to the online offers based on our legitimate interests in the efficient and secure provision of the online offers in accordance with. 4. SOCIAL MEDIA
a. Plugins from social media are used on our websites (e.g. Facebook, Instagram). You can usually recognise the plugins by the respective social media logos. As soon as you activate the plugin, the respective provider receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you are logged into your respective social media account at the same time, the respective provider can assign your visit to our websites to your user account. 5. PAYMENT DEALS
a. We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your (subscription) order, when opening a customer account or when forwarding a product recommendation.
